Data we may process
This website has no contact form and does not store enquiries in a website database. If you contact Adria Core by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, we may process your name, contact details, property location, message content and the information needed to prepare or provide the requested service.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare an individual proposal, agree and provide contracted services, document owner approvals, coordinate owner-authorised contractors, protect legitimate business interests and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based, as applicable, on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the service safely.
Recipients and communication providers
Data is shared only when necessary, for example with the hosting or communication providers used to operate the website and correspondence, professional advisers, or an owner-authorised contractor. WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services and process information under their own privacy terms when you choose those channels. Adria Core does not sell personal data.
Retention
